Full of colour, energy and talent, the virtual exhibition will lift your spirits and keep you enthralled for hours. Our display of the creativity and skill of Medicine Hat and region’s students, from Kindergarten to Grade 12, is a Medicine Hat tradition that has grown from 50 works in 1978 to over 700 from 40 plus schools last year. Who knows how many pieces we will receive and be able to include in our virtual gallery this year!! Any medium is accepted as long as it fits on one photograph. Paintings, drawings, collages, sculptures, ceramics, photographs fill the gallery and will awe, amaze and inspire you.
The Esplanade is very excited to present the 43rd annual School Art Exhibition in a virtual format this year. We were thrilled to have students, parents and teachers submit the artworks online so that we can keep the tradition alive.
We want our youth to know how important they are to us at the Esplanade and all around our community. Their creativity brightens our lives and their beautiful art is such a great way to transition from Spring to Summer every year. We did not want to miss out on their amazing talent and wonderful spirit.
