Start your evening with a cocktail in the galleries. Vibrant and pulsing with DJ music, excitement will build before we blindfold you and whisk you away to our Studio Theatre. Once our wait staff have seated you and placed your three-course mystery meal in front of you, its lights out in the accurately described Black Box room (Studio Theatre). You can then take off your blindfold and depart on an hour-long culinary journey. Decide for yourself if the removal of vision enhanced your other senses and increased your gastronomic pleasure.

Without sight, will you be able to identify the food and flavours served? Join our chef in the galleries for a debrief and meal reveal. If you haven’t already done so, this is the perfect opportunity to cash in your drink ticket and continue on your sensory exploration experience.

Now that you have satisfied your palate it is on to stimulating your mind and feasting your eyes. Plunge into the Infinite Cave an immersive digital experience, created by Canmore-based artist Dan Hudson. Beyond the blackout curtains and painted black walls you will have an experience like no other. Seductive and engrossing, your senses will ignite as you enter the Infinite Cave and explore our place in the universe with international award-winning artist Dan Hudson.
