This Family Opera is a Canadian and English language premiere as a part of the Calgary Opera’s 2024/25 season: Nino Rota’s The Witty Squirrel. Known for his famous film scores like The Godfather trilogy and La Dolce Vita, Rota’s cinematic style gives life to this vibrant tale about embracing talents, facing challenges, and making wise choices.
