Canadian culture is made up of elements from all of the immigrant and indigenous people who have lived here through the years. Our culture, much like the cooking and recipes of all the various people who call it home, are full of wondrous variety, and that helps shape who we are. Have Spatula – Will Travel is a family-friendly exhibition that looks at the recipes, cooking, and foodways of our community, and how the act of sharing food is an important path to multiculturalism and inclusion. This exhibit combines old and new local content with our extensive collections of food-related artefacts and archive materials.
